"What a bad experience. There's this rude girl in the hair department, acting like she owns the store, she had her headphones on the entire time asking me to repeat my self all the time. When I went to pay, she started talking to a co-worker in a different language, both looking at me and laughing. Pretty sure they were making fun of me. I came back to this store because the first time, I had such a great experience with the store owner who even gave me his business card. But to feel humiliated but this girl, while I bought products worth of her weekly pay, I'm taking my business somewhere else."

"Bbb fashion quality is cali alleys cheap clothes, I got these shorts next to some that were similar and were 5.99, I thought they were the same shorts and just different size and thought they were the same price not realizing after I left the store the tag said 17.99 for some black spandex shorts, unfortunately they don’t give you a refund only store credit and I don’t like their stuff cause it’s overpriced and not my style just went for these shorts for my daughter because she needed these just to wear under a dress but it is what it is, be careful and look at the tags and don’t buy anything you think you might want to return and get your money back cause they don’t give refunds. Your better off ordering on shein for same quality or even better but way lower price."

"Are you really have customer service to speak of we had to help ourselves. The only way anybody helped us in anyway was if we went and found someone get something down from a hook up by the ceiling. It did have a wonderful selection for dresses my daughter's homecoming. I would suggest this place to others. I do wish they had one up North so I didn't have to come down to the valley to get what I needed."
