"A busy night but management in my opinion fell a little short. We requested to sit outside, we were told the wait was ten minutes. When we received our notification, we were seated inside, we weren't told they were closing down the patio. Our server was amazing, she had to serve many tables, she was kind, and repeated our orders for confirmation. Staff might be a little short? The server who brought our alcoholic drinks, spilled a little in front of our friend, apologized and cleaned up the spill but didn't offer a new drink. All the food came out at the same time but our friends burger was ice cold. The fries and tots we ordered were luke warm to cold and very salty. Our friend waited a long time to call our busy server over to reheat her food. The server tracked down the manager and the manager brought her a refresh hot dish but then waited longer for her dipping sauces she requested. We paid the bill and after paying we looked at the receipt and there wasn't a discount, or a comp for our friends disappointment. We support The Hub but we were turned off by this location."
"We have eaten here far too many times to count. I enjoy The Hub and have the understanding that not everything is going to be 5 star perfect. Pam happens to be our bartender almost every time. She's great. Their staff is kind and helpful. They make the atmosphere a place where we enjoy being. When errors are made, they are quick to make it right. The food is typically good and timely. Thank you to the Owner for opening a location here in Mesa. Thank you to the staff for being kind and for your service. I recommend The Hub."
"So, I’ve been wanting to try this place, but was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews. I figured I would give them a fair shot based on how the GM responded to the negative reviews. I appreciate the GM’s willingness to not be offended and clap, back at the customers, which seems to be what most proprietors do these days. Nonetheless, a group of us decided to dine in for lunch yesterday, and we were all taken a bit aback by how long it took for someone to come to our table. We realize they had just opened, but we were literally the only people in there at the time. Anyway, I decided to try the peanut butter burger and asked for it to be well done and I am here to tell you, well done should not equal hard and dry; it was awful. I didn’t complain to the wait staff, and wasn’t going to post a review, but decided after paying $20, which included the tip, I needed to say something. I’m a big fan of good food, and have no problem paying $20 for a burger, but certainly not one of that quality. If I’m going to pay that much for a burger, I expect it to be of the same quality of say…the Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company. Out of the five of us, two people said their meal was good one of which was a salad. I am truly disappointed in our experience, and will likely not return. It would’ve been nice to have a local hang out, but the food is just not worth going back for."
"It's industrial craft brew style with upscale bar food and I'm here for it. The church music ipa on draft paired with the fig balsamic Brussels is magic. My only criticism would be everything needed more salt but this might be our new spot."
"This is based on our take out experience, we haven’t dined in at this new location yet. It was easy to call and order our food. The food was delicious! I always highly recommend the Arizona Smoked wings with the raspberry chipotle sauce. That is my absolute favorite! My husband loves the nachos with chicken and even as takeout they were really good! The nachos are huge so keep that in mind, they are definitely a shareable appetizer. We were happy with our experience at the new location!"
