"Very pleased! Greeted yesterday by a kind gentleman & went on to shop, while I wish it was a bit more stocked for maternity items (only 1 dress total) I am still very happy! I was able to find lots of “One size fits all” leggings for $5.99 each! There were also adorable sweat pants, & lots of tops. You truly cannot beat the price, but it could be a bit more stocked and organized. (:"

"This Ross is horrible, from the employees to the fitting rooms and restroom. We went in to shop at this location. We use to love coming here but won’t after todays experience, I won’t be returning. The fitting room attend was very rude. The fitting rooms had boxes of merchandise on top of the stalls. That’s a major no no. The fitting rooms were very filthy with smears of who knows what, The mirrors were super dirty. I went to ask for a manager and the young guy was rude when I ask if there was a manager instead. He didn’t even look at me and just yup and pointer to the manager. The manager Ronnie told me that there wasn't enough people to clean and the boxes were out up on stalls because the cleaning crew put them up there. She also mentioned that no one was tall enough to get them down. The restroom was disgusting and there was two soap dispensers with no soap. I wonder if even the employees wash their hands with no soap. Sick and dirty."

"Went shoe shopping could not find any shoes. I did not leave empty handed. Found an amazing outfit for work two additional blouses and earrings and a bracelet plus some blk water. It was a great day!! Ross is always awesome. I have been shopping at Ross for years!!!!!!! I will continue to do so!!!!☺️☺️☺️☺️"
