"Awful return policy. 15 BUSINESS DAYS to receive your refund!!! Personal opinion, that's ridiculous, but it is what it is. I originally got an e-mail stating that I would be getting an ADDITIONAL E-mail once my refund had been processed... hadn't gotten that email after the 15th day, so I called and they somehow had the wrong e-mail and needed to restart the process? Doesn't make any sense to me. Be prepared to do their job for them if you have to make a return. UPDATE: They do not issue refunds, just store credit. I have yet to receive an email with my store credit after many phone calls! AND, my purchase was $42.54 and i am only getting $39.18 store credit! CROOKS! DO NOT SHOP HERE."
