"While I was waiting for my order I noticed behind the counter was a young child about the age of 6 preparing the bread dough without gloves. When I confronted to employees for my refund they explained that she was the managers daughter and that she washed her hands like that made everything okay. Nothing about this situation was acceptable. Preparing food without gloves is a health code violation let alone as well as letting a child work behind the counter."

"Update 11-14-22 I came in today to have lunch, when I opened my sandwich I realized they put it on white bread, No big deal I went back up and explained to them it should be on wheat. They took the sandwich out it on the counter top and grabbed the meat and cheese and transferred it to the wheat bread. What really disturbs me about this, is the fact that the one guy working here has gloves on which is great. But he is touching everything here from register, dirty dishes, trash cans, and my food. This will be my last visit to Jimmy John’s on mckellips rd. The last couple of times I’ve been to this location I have ordered double meat and paid for double meat. The sandwich seams like a normal sandwich without double meat. I love the bread 9-10 it’s soft and usually this store is very clean. But if I pay an extra $2.39 for extra tuna, please put it on there."
