Over the past few years their services have been excellent and we couldn’t be happier. Micah is one of their technicians and was just here. He was on time, did several system checks and cleanings for us quickly, and explained his findings with photos and videos of the various systems. Excellent company all around!"
"Back in August 2023 I purchased a heating and cooling system for my home. Perry's technicians did a fantastic job of removing the old unit and putting in the new. Mind you, the temperature out site was easily 115 degrees. It was my pleasure to offer them cold drinks throughout the process. Now, Perry has to come and do a maintenance check on the unit throughout time to keep up the warranty. Everyone that I have dealt with is very polite and very easy to work with. Thank You Perry!!!!!!"

"We have used Perry heating and cooling to service our 3 AC units three times in the past year. They are always able to come within a day or two of calling, sometimes the same day! The technicians are always honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Our latest experience was with Jordan. Our house is under contract, and the buyer’s inspector could not figure out how to turn on our bedroom AC unit, which is quite old, but still works very well. The inspector suggested replacing the unit for more than $8000. Jordan came out the same day that we called and ran his diagnostics for both heating and air-conditioning. The system was working fine. He wrote up a report and took lots of pictures, which he sent to the buyers’ agent. There were some other issues that cost about $500 to fix, but they were not related to the heating and cooling, only the wiring outside. Not only did Jordan provide everyone with the report and the pictures, but he actually talked to the buyers and explained that the system did not need to be replaced, that it was working fine, and that it only needed minor repairs. Clearly, the inspector didn’t know what he was doing, but Jordan did, saving us nearly $8000. It is rare to find people who are not out to make a quick buck these days. We would only trust Perry w/any future AC or heating issues! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Jordan!"
"UPDATE: Received a call and was able to clear up the issues. Manager was very accommodating and helpful, which shows that the five-star ratings from others are justified. Changing my rating from one star to five stars. First message asking for a contact was never forwarded to the general manager, so some improvements in internal communication at Perry have been noted and my experience will hopefully serve as a good training opportunity. ORIGINAL: Technician was very nice but I question his competency. My issue was a full house water softener which was putting out salt water. The first thing the technician said was the system was unplugged, but it is a non-electrical system. Diagnosis was the system was "dead" which means nothing to me. I called to talk to a supervisor to see what I may have misunderstood and to clear up any confusion and was promised the general manager would contact me within a day. It has been a week and no call. I've had to contact another company to determine what is wrong with the system. Sorry that Perry is not interested enough in my issue to at least contact me. I would be happy to discuss the issues and revise my rating, but need to hear from someone at Perry."
