"Awful Customer service by the Cashier who was in Such a hurry she couldnt even bag my items, she was literally shoving a rug an glass lamp on top of beautiful Orchids n Sunflowers and was disturbed when i asked her to please put the Rug in a seperate bag. I asked her why are you in such a hurry this is crazy?..She was checking out previous customers ahead of me feaverishly fast as well too! She said we are timed. I said ok, but you still dont treat your customers like this. When i askes for a manager..she said..I AM the MGR! What..OMG .you have got to be kidding me is what i stated. ROSS MGMNT..You should get her out of that store..or Train her appropriately how to handle cashier n customers with grace, respect and class. This is first review i have Ever done..i was horrified, as i also do the same job at a different RETAIL Store"
"I shop here a lot and it’s pretty frustrating that they keep using adult hangers for toddler clothing. I bought my son a bunch of shirts just for them to all have stretched out collars.. I washed and dried them and they never shrunk. Super irritating. Even one of the girls taking hangers off made a comment about it but I didn’t think anything of it."
