"This is our go to RR location and service is always great. Tonight, the waiter we had definitely gave us the best of service. He was busy but he checked in as needed and got us anything we needed promptly. He was also great with our children. Tonight was probably the best service we’ve had so far. We hadn’t been here since the catastrophic Christmas Eve night at this RR so this service definitely made up for one crazy busy night."
"Their food delivery is awful here. The food came cold. When I open the bag the box was completely flipped over salad all over the bag and unable to eat, and to top it off. The dessert was missing out of the bag completely. I will never ordered from them again."
"Horrible service! Will never go here again. Once we were seated by the hostess it took a good 10-15 min before our server came over. We ordered two waters, 2 lemonades for our kiddos and put in the kid order plus an appetizer since they were so hungry. We waited another 12 -14 min and still no waters. I had to get up and tell the manager we were still waiting and if we could get our drinks. Finally about 5 min later we got them. Still no appetizer. Finally kids food came out and they didn't bring fries for one of them. Still no appetizer. Finally our other meals came out but we had no napkins or silverware. We had to ask for them. They finally brought out the appetizer. Lost our appetite at this point. When we left my husband spoke with the manager about the service and he didn't really care and shrugged it off saying..ya "we will coach her on that" So basically nothing and he didn't care. I am always quick to leave a good review but this place definitely did not deserve it."
