"I only come here once a year for the Anthem Shopping Extravaganza. I always look forward to shopping at Hanes, because they have really great deals. This year, I got what I normally do, and went on my way. It wasn't until later in the day that I realized I did not receive the $10 off a purchase of $50 or more promotion that I am supposed to receive. I bought a ticket to participate in the Shopping Extravaganza event, so I feel I should get all the discounts that apply to me. I had the same issue at Columbia, and they were very accommodating, by simply refunding my debit card the difference. Hanes, was not so nice. Once I realized the mistake, I went back and the woman at the cash register (who is the same one that checked me out in the first place) refused to help me. I asked if there was any way it could be done and she simply told me I could call customer service to get "points" for my next visit. I explained I only shop here once a year, as I live in the valley, and asked if I could do a return on the items and restart. She had no other answer for me besides no. I will not be shopping here anymore."

"Lots of underwear and clothes for women. Not so much for men. Wife got some great bargains. Lots of bras and panties, WOW! Staff was friendly."

"If u are a hands wearer, get in there! If you know what you like, ..or even if your just aimlessly walking through the Anthem Outlets... just take a look. I just walked in"just real quick" one time to look for men's white basic undershirts and there really is a whole bunch of different stuff in there really cool stuff nice stuff comfy very comfortable stuff for pretty much almost every age every type of person I can't wait to go look and the people are very very friendly and it's very clean"
