"I always shop here. I bought a jacket last month for $30. Went to return it and its only worth $1.50 now and not the original price. Even though they still have the same jacket hanging on their racks. Their excuse was because it was just shipped in and I bought mine already. I guess clothes devalue everyday you don't return them. What kind of scam is this they have now."

"The entire sales floor of this Ross store has been a complete mess the last few times I have shopped at this location. I have worked in retail and understand it gets busy and being short staffed can cause issues but it is completely unsafe for customers to try to navigate the aisles in this store. I returned to purchase an item I saw here yesterday and was shocked to find the aisles in the back of the store hadn’t even been cleaned up and the products were still all over the floor exactly as they were yesterday morning. They really need to get it together here. There were 4 cashiers and a loss prevention person at the store front and only 2 Customers in the line when I went to check out… I’m sure most customers wouldn’t mind waiting a little longer in line for a cashier over navigating the mess in those aisles, they could easily pull two of those cashiers to work the floor to keep it organized and clean for a better shopping experience and safety too!"

"Looks a little bare. Lots of empty home decor isles and empty shoe space. Empty clothes racks. Almost no Halloween. Super long line to checkout... But the three cashiers worked very efficiently... So I was impressed how fast it went"
