"Bought a set of stacking bowls in June - one of them cracked yesterday, normal use, so brought it back to exchange. Turns out Crate & Barrel allows returns for 30 days only, even if their product FAILS. I have been a constant and loyal customer for years, and this is infuriating. BUYER BEWARE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE, manufacturer warranties only. After 30 days, they refuse any returns, for any reason. Their policy is clear, my fault for thinking they would make it right. Sigh….. I miss customer service and loyalty……"

"Went in to find some home accessories. A staff member helped me pick out some good stuff without being pushy. The quality of the merchandise is good, but it's usually worth waiting for a sale. I'll definitely be back to continue outfitting my home."

"Absolutely disappointed with the lack of care and service. The store had only 2 sets of silverware in store, and we were in need of more so ordered the rest through the store to have delivered to our home. That was last month with an estimated delivery date in August. Still no silverware, so we go into the store to see what went wrong. Apparently the item is back ordered until the end of September. No call. No email. No notification about any of this beforehand. With guests coming soon, of course I am extremely disappointed."

"Crate & barrel is a favorite of mine especially when it comes to kitchen items. I've been to a few of them around the United States this is not the biggest or best one but it's pretty good. The service and staff are excellent and the kitchen items are pretty good but not as expensive as I've seen it other locations especially in the DC area. I highly recommend you to visit and see what they have to offer even if it's on the higher end but still great products and the staff is excellent."
