"I specifically asked for NO ONIONS on my California Classics (which come standard with onions) and when I asked if the burgers were made with no onions because the receipt didn’t show the modification, she told me that the burger doesn’t come with onions so that why she didn’t put it. I told her that the burger does come with onions and I don’t like onions, that’s why I asked for no onions, she kept arguing back saying that the burger DOES NOT COME WITH ONIONS, so i said ok. And guess what?? Both of my California classics have onions. Go figure. How about instead of arguing, have the customer service skills to listen your guests and make them feel like you want to take care of them. Thanks for arguing with me Tamara, and proving my point that the California Classics some with onions."
