"I didn't have the best eating experience at this place. I'm rating it 3 stars because the rest of the crew did not have such bad experience. I ordered a country breaded/hand battered sirloin, probably the worst, smallest sirloin I've tried. It was a tiny, chewy, poor quality sirloin, full of flour, and a salty brown sauce; the side corn was also salty, by the way. I may go back to this place, but I will never order that dish. Drinks were good, though!"

"I had the 8oz steak with sauted mushrooms and shrimp dinner medium rare with mashed potatoes, brown gravy, and corn. The service was excellent. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the dinner rolls provided in the basket when being sat at the table we're hot, fresh, and delicious! There was a 20 - 25-minute waiting list posted on the website, so we added our names b4 leaving the house and only had to wait about 10 minutes upon arrival to be seated. Dinner for 2 $60 b4 tip $75 total. Great Deal! Can't wait to go back!"

"I love Texas Roadhouse and have visited many. Yet this location will be my one and only. By far, they were superior when my daughter and I visited on Veteran's Day 2023. This is the only place that served my Hurricane Margarita, Frozen/blended. Not sure but all others only serve it on the rocks. Not any more because I'll be visiting this location ONLY. I live in north Phoenix. They are worth the drive. My Margarita was perfect. My salad was perfect. My steak, 20 oz Ribeye, was prepared to perfection. I did thank the manager, sorry can't remember his name. He was thankful and humble for the praise I gave. You can try the rest but when you want the best of Texas Roadhouse stop in at this location on via de Ventura. Truly awesome. Service was excellent too. Very clean place as well."

"Update 07/16/23: since our previous visit was so good, we thought we'd go back again. Sadly, there was a major decline in food and service. About a third of my side salad had to be set aside as it was so brown. (pics added). My hubby's sirloin was tough and the fried pickles were very "floury" tasting. The mashed potatoes had no texture or substance to them. The appetizer was delayed and came just minutes before the main entrée. The waitress was busy and even stated she hadn't been to our table as often as she'd have liked. She did offer us a coupon for our next visit but this visit was just unfortunate. First visit: Had a great dinner with awesome service. Pia was on target with her service. Probably the best location in the Phoenix metro...at least for us."
