"Being from the east coast, I’ve struggled mightily to find a pizza that compares to back home. I’m here to say I have found it! Grimaldis is delicious. We got the traditional pizza and it was 10/10. Not to mention the service.. 12/10!! I even met the manager, Zak, who I could tell genuinely cared about our experience. Great job everybody. Will be returning many times!"

"Went to this location recently as two families. We ordered a coupe of pizzas. All pizzas came except my wife’s gluten free pizza. Waiter said that they missed a topping and they added it and they are cooking it again. After 30 minutes, we nearly finished the meal but my wife was still waiting. Since she is gluten free, she couldn’t touch other pizzas we ate. Finally a guy came and brought an over cooked - almost burned pizza. Since my wife waited too long and she was very hungry, she ate some part of the pizza. Long story short, no one apologized, the guy brought the pizza thanked me for the feedback only. Later we learned that the guy was the manager. Not friendly staff. Ruined the evening with family and close friends. Branch manager and waiter not feeling responsible for anything. I said I don’t want to pay for the burned 30 mins late pizza. They said it is fine. But they charged 20% tip. I don’t think that they deserved the tip. Terrible customer experience. It looks like they don’t really care. Went to a few other Grimaldis locations. I don’t recommend this place."

"We were staying close by and were in the mood for pizza. We were so glad we found this place! Pizza was excellent and service was outstanding too! We had half Margharita and half Brooklyn Bridge. Perfectly crispy crust! I recommend getting a larger pie, so you'll have some to take home."

"We stumbled into Grimaldi's after we couldn't find parking close to where we had originally planned to dine. It turned out to be a pretty ok choice in terms of food and atmosphere, but they were definitely understaffed. The bartender (yes, one!) seemed to be not only tending to guests seated at the bar and high tables. She was also making drinks for the floor AND handling takeout! While she was doing her best, she struggled to keep up, which negatively affected our service time. We had planned to order salads separately, but the bartender suggested we get one and share, so we did. She was right. It was a large enough Ceasar salad that we were able to split it, and we still had some left in the bowl. It was so good! For dinner, my friend had a personal pizza with olives and Italian sausage. I chose pepperoni pizza with onions. The pizza was delicious, BUT they were stingy with the toppings. I had to strategically try to break and spread the pepperoni around in order to make it enough. The atmosphere was gorgeous! I was really taken aback by the wine bottle light fixtures. Overall, it was a good experience but manager's have to do a better job of forecasting for staffing."
