"I mobile order from this location 3 days a week on my way to work at 5:30am. I will start by saying that the guy that works at this location (I think the manager) is amazing! Unfortunately I have been very frustrated with this place more than once. This morning I grabbed my drink and walked up to the register because my food item was not ready with my drink. The girl was working on the display case next to the register. She said she would be right with me. I stood there quietly waiting. The girl from the drive through looked over and asked if I needed anything. I said just my mobile order food item. Finally after 5 min. The register girl asked if I needed to order something. I said “no, I just need my mobile order food item”. Which was sitting getting cold right behind her for the last 5 min while she finished working on the display case which was clearly much more important than the ONE customer in the store. I will now be going a different way to work so that I can go to another Starbucks."
