"It is BWW you kind of know what you're going to get when you go here. It was BOGO 2 for 1 boneless wing night, went with honey garlic and Asian Zing they were good. Was surprised at how dead the place was for a Thursday night especially also with spring training being in town but a lot better options also in scottsdale."

"This was our first time here and we've been wanting to try it for a long time. Since it's a wing place we figured the wings would be outstanding instead the food was so salty I literally almost choked on it. The boneless wings were so overcooked that it was hard to even chew them they were like rocks. The waitress was nice but really only checked on us one time. At any rate we won't be back I've never tasted so much salt in food in my life. If you want some awesome good boneless wings go to Barro's Pizza they are perfect!"

"Food came out cold and I got marinara instead of salsa, only one waitress for our entire section waiting on almost 40 people on dinner rush but the manager never came out to help her out. Tables left messy the entire time we were there and got hardly any help because of the poor waitress having to tend all the tables with no help. The manager never even came out to help clean up the tables or tend to customers, this is the second time we’ve seen this with the same manager. Something HAS to be done or we won’t come back."

"To start, my overall takeout experience tonight had been horrible. There hadn’t been an employee behind the takeout counter. Hence, the other customers and I waited 10 mins for an available employee to assist. Finally, a young male employee arrived. He had been inefficient, distracted, and avoided eye contact. I repeated myself twice as his attention was elsewhere. Shortly after, he answered a phone call immediately after asking a question pertaining to my takeout order. Hence, he “cut me off” as I began to respond to his question. Rude. And this mentioned employee provided a warm Diet Pepsi beverage. Ideally, a cold Diet Pepsi would’ve been great. In short, delicious food but horrible customer service. This being mentioned, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future when seeking wings."
