"My wife and I come here almost religiously. The workers/owners are very nice, and they get to know you as a customer. Probably one of the best pho on the “east side” and definitely authentic. It’s not just for aesthetics, the food backs it up."

"I've been in town for 2 nights and after many tacos, chicken sandwiches and pizzas, I already carved some Asian food. There's not a lot of choices around here. But a hot bowl of pho and crunchy egg rolls really hit the spot. Saigon Bowl is a typical pho place. It's clean, spacious, and offers a typical Vietnamese menu. Thank goodness. I needed brothy noodle soups! Service was also great. 2 pho bowls, egg rolls and 2 cups of tea: $44."

"Terrible experience. Ordered via Google that showed it was the storefront, not DoorDash, so naturally I assumed it was a way to order through the restaurant directly. I even received a text when my order was ready as if it came from the restaurant. Well, when I arrived and told them I was there through my pick-up, I was reprimanded and told I should have called to let them know I was on the way and placed an order. Um, what? The employee kept telling me the order was through DoorDash despite me not ordering through DoorDash. I even showed the text I received. What a rude way to treat a customer. The food was terrible to make matters worse. The “grilled” shrimp was battered and had BBQ on it. Not what I ordered and not authentic. Have no idea if I’ll have an allergic reaction to whatever they used. The sauce had no flavor and they filled the entree with lettuce instead of using a decent amount of rice noodles. To top it off, everything was warm including the carrots and cucumber. Overall disappointing. The fresh lemonade was okay but not great."

"Had a date here and the service was great and the food was good too. It was my first time having Vietnamese food and I also tried the Pho, I don’t recommend the pho though it doesn’t have a much flavor as I was hoping for."
