Hummus Republic

"Sooo disappointed in this restaurant. Checked the menu ahead of time and they listed a vegetarian steak and it showed on their board when we entered. Then we went to order and it wasn't available, they should have crossed it off or something. The girls weren't very helpful getting you through the options available either. I would have never ordered a pita if I knew it would be impossible to eat as a sandwich, way too overfilled. The flavors of both our choices were also not good. Just kind of a strange mixture. My husband didn't even make a dent in his and it was very expensive. Love the concept but they either need to be more helpful in the selection process or adjust the options/flavors available."

"Stumbled upon this restaurant and so glad I did! The ingredients were super fresh and they had a great variety of toppings for the bowls. It was absolutely delicious!"

"This was a surprise in the Scottsdale Promenade. Just drove past and decided to give it a try. I ordered a falafel bowl with chickpeas and greens. My husband got the lemon chicken spinach wrap with couscous. Everything was fresh and customizable. There was a wide selection of sauces and flavored hummus. Lots of add-ons like banana peppers, feta, pickles. Organic."

"Fast-casual Mediterranean. Clean facility. Great customer service. The employees were friendly and good with explaining the process. We each got a bowl with a tumeric ginger lemonade to share. I got the falafel as my protein, and my spouse got the chicken shawarma. The falafel was perfectly fried, and the chicken shawarma was tender. Neither was over-seasoned. The bowls were fantastic. A warm soft pita came with the bowl. All the additions were fresh and melded together in flavor. I've been to other fast-casual Mediterranean places where the components' flavors did not mix well at all, and the final bowl looked like a pretty compost bin. Not here at Hummus Republic. This is literally my dream fast-casual Mediterranean place."

"Hummus Republic put out some fresh, tasty food and some of the best Domades I have eaten in years. My bowl of fresh vegetables, hummus and steak was amazing!Paige, Raul and Leila took great care of us and did a great job. There is only one way that you really do see the sign. Otherwise you will have to look for this restaurant. I WOULD RECOMMEND"
