Other than the mashed potatoes, it was absolutely the best Italian food I have had and it waiter was the best, I wish he wore a name tag so I could publicly thank him, he got a good tip. For the main course, I had the Ravioli di Spinaci e Ricotta. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the combination of spinach and ricotta was heavenly. The dish was a perfect representation of simple ingredients creating an extraordinary flavor. The highlight of the meal, however, was the Tiramisu. It was the best I’ve ever had – light, creamy, and with the right balance of coffee and cocoa. The service at Veneto Trattoria was impeccable.
