"after more than a year of not purchasing panda express (due to bad experiences) i gave it another chance tonight. more than an hour before closing time and half of the section where the food is at is empty…no veggie spring rolls, TWO honey walnut shrimp pieces.. not sure what they’re closing protocol is but if the restaurant closes at 10:30 pm they should be serving the community until that time not laughing and gossiping amongst themselves. definitely not coming back."

"These people that work here scam people for their money, they tell you your card didn't go through and then you need to use another card or pay cash, we paid cash. Once I got in the parking lot I logged into my banking app to see why it was declined and it wasn't it was posted as pending so I go back inside and talked to the manager and she insisted that this pending charge of $38.02 will not go through seeing we paid cash.Well 3 days later it said it went through so they changed my bank for it also. This was on 10.19 right before closing and I still have yet to get my money back. Find another Panda if you don't want to get scammed. Customers shouldn't have to jump through loops to get their money back and I'm sure they pocketed the money as a $32 tip."
