"Superlative customer service has always been a definitive Ace Hardware attribute from coast to coast and beyond! But for my first impression of this particular location it was as if they were the ones that wrote the book on the finest way to run the hardware business, period. At Ace or Anyplace! The most wonderful thing about it, and following that my own career was in executive sales and customer service I know this to be fact: is that there was no pretense or fabrication about their investment of time in me in taking care of locating exactly what I needed after first determining that, and then making certain that the job would get done as best possible. It may well sound strange to some that I'm in awe of good old-fashioned genuine INTEREST in assisting me as a fellow human being from a motivated professional helping me make certain that I would go home with EXACTLY what the job required, and if so please don't take it for granted because it's a rare thing anymore indeed! I wasted about two hours of my time first trying to find brass plumbing fittings for a water supply line that their app insisted were "In Stock." So I checked, and I checked, and I checked - while in the meantime of course none of their employees would simply inform me that they don't carry them. When I finally found out where Walmart had them "In Stock," and if you had to read what I did for two hours of running around to several different in store locations as stipulated by their app to find this out you might end up as disappointed as I was. "In stock at Advance Auto Parts." HUH?!? When I read that all I thought was, "I'm going next door to Ace," as I will from now on for all my plumbing. The sad fact is that Sam Walton's original Walmart concept was as A HARDWARE STORE. Thank you, Mark's Ace Hardware!"
