"Me and my mom came here and there was no one in there and they were making the take out orders and then when they were done they all sat down and chat with no one in the kitchen and we haven’t even gotten our order, the cashier girl was rude and had attitude for the the customers, and constantly on her phone. We were starving, and ended up waiting like 50 minutes for our food. They be lying on there resume, get these teenagers off this job."

"A week ago my husband and I ordered 30 wings. 10 Cajun, 10 Lemon Pepper and 10 Louisiana Rub. First, we received a text stating the wait is too long the doordasher canceled. Then, we had to pick it up ourselves. Then they stated they sent a new person to deliver out order. And I got a text stating it was delivered. It was never delivered, ee picked it up and paid all the fees for the convenience of it being a delivery order. Also, our order was I correct. Instead of Louisiana Rub, we received some very buttery wings. And didn't get all the sauces we paid for as extra."

"I ordered the 6 boneless wing meal with the hot sauce on the wings and Cajun seasoning on the fries. The food was great! It took almost 20 minutes to get my food. The seating area was typical for Wingstop."

"In the last few months, the quality of food, staff attitude, timeliness of order preparation, and customer service has seriously deteriorated. The counter staff are unpleasant, cook crew appears extremely disorganized, with overall atmosphere being chaotic. The wings were overcooked, and not flavored well. Staff were yelling at each other in plain view of customers. Don’t waste your money."
