"VERY BAD BUSINESS, my wife and I walked in and there was a customer dining in and complaining about his sub not having what he ordered. Instead of taking care of the customer, the young guy behind the counter tells him, I'm sorry, we must of forgot the cheese and didn't correct it for the customer. After standing there for about 5 minutes, 1 of the 3 workers turn to us and says, it's gonna be 25-30 minutes wait for us to place our order. WOW, it blew my mind. Of course we left and went 2 exits down to McDowell's location and had lunch. This location is absolutely garbage, don't waste your time or money please"

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! The lack of disregard for someone with an egg allergy is baffling. I asked the team member if the sandwich has egg in it and he didn't check nor informed me that there was book that they could look at to tell the customer (me) if it had egg in it. The manager ended up making my wrap and after 3 times, I just asked them to make it dry with no sauces. Whoever the guy who was making sandwiches honestly should be fired because someone’s allergies should be taken seriously. They did not offer a refund and instead offered me a drink or a brownie. I will never be coming here. The guy who rung me up also didn't know that the mayo has egg in it. McDonalds has better customer service than this dump!!"
"This was the most frustrating experience I've ever had trying to place an order. I was the only person in the store, but had to repeat myself multiple times. Then in the middle of it, the guy behind the register ran off to answer the phone even though there were at least 2 other people behind the counter not doing anything. So someone else tried to pick up where the first one left off, and they didn't repeat it back to me but gave me a total of $27 for 2 simple subs. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking there was no way they got something wrong with how many times I repeated myself. When I got the order I checked the receipt and realized I had been charged for the gargantuan sub, when I had ordered a plain slim with extra toppings. So I took it to the counter and apologized, and asked them to remake it, and was met with rudeness from a totally different person. He kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain why it was wrong and what I actually needed, and at one point he got extra snarky with "do you want to watch me make the sandwich or what". So I started from the beginning again, said I just needed a plain slim ham and cheese with light lettuce, pickles onions and yellow mustard. While they were making it the original guy I had talked to, that ran off to get the phone, came up and asked what was wrong. When I told him all I got was "my bad". No refund of the difference between the totals of what I actually wanted and what I was charged for, no apology, nothing. Then I got the remake and everything written on the receipt was correct, but the actual sub was still wrong, not to mention being uncut. Needless to say, I will not go to this location again. Both our sandwiches were falling apart and soggy with wilted veggies."
