"I was really excited about this Starbucks opening so I don’t have to go to the estrella one as it’s slightly further and really busy. But I don’t know why I keep giving this particular location chances. Today was the last straw. The first 3x I went they messed up my order. The first time the barista at the window began banging the scanner on the window seam because it didn’t work and was rude. Today was the worst. The barista was extremely rude again, guess they didn’t realize the window was open while we waited for our drinks and one barista began yelling to another. Convo went as so: Barista 1: “why are you yelling at me?!” Barista 2: “I’m not yelling at you, THIS IS YELLING AT YOU!” Barista 1: “is this with soy and sugar free” Barista 2: “yes why are you asking me!” *6 min later* Barista 3: “what are they waiting for?” They then proceed to finally give us our drinks which were sitting for a while and a gift card for $4 off. We are definitely not using it there. Our drinks were so disgusting, I have no idea what they use or if they put something in peoples drinks. They tasted spoiled or tainted with. That’s when we decided we had enough, I didn’t even want to go back for a refund so we just threw them away and went to the Estrella location. Which made our drinks like we ordered and delicious."

"Horrible. I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte. Thanks for the milk and espresso. No Cinnamon at all. Not even one pump. I paid for 5 pumps of Cinnamon. This location is not trained properly to make drinks. It's a waste of my time and money."

"This location is amazing! I was able to find a spot to attend my class online. I was able to order my drink and food within a perfect amount of time for my break. Service was amazing!!! Greeted with kindness from everyone on the floor. :) The store was super clean. You could see everyone on the floor working on some type of project. If I remember correctly, I think the barista that helped me was Jasmin she was patient even though I wasn't sure what I wanted. Even when I would see people leave they always told them they would see you soon and thanked them for visiting.Thank you Starbucks for being so welcoming."

"Grace took our order, she was efficient, very cheerful and easy to understand. She also has a great smile ! Morgan, the shift supervisor, was positively responsive to a question about my Starbucks app. And the peach tea was delicious ! Thanks team for a good experience!!"

"I normally love Starbucks, but I believe the afternoon/evening staff needs more training. The last couple of times I've been in the evening, the drinks have been terrible. So bad, that I had to take it back the next day on 2 occasions to get it remade. The last time I went in, we weren't greeted or even acknowledged until one girl came to the counter after waiting at least 3 min to say someone will be with us shortly. I just ordered from the mobile app, while inside, because we were tired of waiting. Mind you, I have only had problems in the afternoon/evening. The morning staff is amazing!"
