"On Jan, 10, 2024, I prepaid and ordered a Culligan showerhead filter and an extra filter. I picked up a clear bag that did not have the extra filter in it. They reordered the filter, I picked it up and the manager said I did not pay for it, there was no record. I drove home and came back with the receipt. She tried to argue with me to convice me that I was wrong, even when the employee that helped me remembered the transaction and I had the proof of the receipt. She kept talking and said some really weird things in front of employees and customers. I interupted her to ask if she was going to give me my filter that I paid for. She finaly said yes. I took it and left, feeling humiliated and angry. I will never go back!"

Employee met me there confirmed the price told cashier by radio that 16.99 was correct. Manager couldn’t believe it so she went back to verify price, at that moment I said never mind and left. Went to Home Depot got a better pair for 13.99!"
