"We had our burners go out on our glass top stove, they came and picked up ours and and gave us a loaner stove (the coil burner style). It took us more than 6 months to get our stove back. We spent hours, days and weeks calling asking g for out stove back. They just kept ours they tried to steal it a m.j d sell it I guess. We ended driving to t bgg e place and got I to arguements and threaten t I'll ccx all the police and the news on t bgg em finally few days later we got our stove back"

"Had Victor do some repairs for us a couple years ago and he was great. This time he set up an appt for last Fri, but never showed. I texted him in the afternoon to make sure he was coming - never got a reply. Texted again on Sat - again, no reply. I just texted him again (Mon), but only to tell him how disappointed we were. So now I'm giving a 1 star review!"

"Victor knows his stuff! He has been able to repair or replace anything I throw his way...oven, dishwasher, air conditioner, ceiling fans, and some bathroom leaks. He is a busy man but always finishes the job."

"How he's gotten these reviews is beyond me. Bought a washer a year or so ago. He was very nice. Delivery was not on the day he said so missed work. When he did come he installed it and said to call anytime It needed repairs. Last weekit needed some repair so we called and texted. Heard nothing (which I figured due to Covid). My tenant called again 3 times before finally getting a response. He said he would come out that day, he waited... It took another 3 days for him to get through again. Victor finally came out and was extremely rude and seemed annoyed to have to work. He found the issue said he would come back and never did. It's now been another 3 days of no response. Just a warning for others. Seems per reviews he has good days too, just not on my watch."
