"The people were very polite but I purchased a stove, took it home Saturday afternoon. Had some one come install it Sunday. Two burners were broken and overall flames on the unit were poor. I took it back on Monday. They have a 25 percent restocking fee. I asked for it to be waived because it did not work and they made it 15 percent instead. They said the bank charge them. Well the bank charges 3-4 percent so they are still making a profit. They did offer to fix it but I already lost enough money to have it installed and then removed. I do not trust that it can be fixed. My advise is buyer beware and have it tested before you leave the store."

"From my first telephone call through completion of the service call, personnel were courteous and competent. They went beyond my previous experiences in follow through and timelines. I appreciated that they gave me an hour long window for service so I didn't have to spend my whole morning waiting and that the service person was prepared with information about my specific dishwasher. The service report was comprehensive and they sent me a PDF of the owners' manual as promised. I would definitely use Frontline again."

"We purchased a stove and a seal for our washing machine from Frontline. I was in the store twice looking at stoves. Both times the sales people were very friendly. I was met promptly coming through the door and they answered all of my questions. My appliance was delivered within 2 days. Delivery was quick and I saved on a service fee by having both my seal and the stove done at the same time. My delivery person was nice. He came in and got the job done. I haven’t gotten a chance to use my stove yet but everything seems to be working. The delivery person cleaned up after himself on the way out and took my old unit with him which I did pay for. Their delivery prices were very reasonable."
