"I come here often after work. Tonight I came in around 10 pm, just to pick up a few items- ingredients to make meatballs and an extra large bottle of bourbon for a football get together we're having this weekend. Went to self checkout, worker at front looks me up and down and asks if it's instacart? I say no, think nothing of it, but then continues to boldly ask with a rude tone, 'why do you need all that whiskey?' I was so caught off guard, I actually answered him, but immediately felt off. I worked retail for years so you'll have to take my word for it, the vibe was wrong here. And it's not the first time. In fact, I'd avoid this Fry's completely, but for the fact that they're on my way home and open till 11pm. The workers here sorely need updated lessons on appropriate customer and social skills. More than a couple of them unfortunately. I moved here from CO where King Soopers is our local Kroger; not impressed with Fry's in AZ. Especially not this one. Sub par service."
"2300 on 19 Jan 24 Thank You DAMIEN!!!! I AM FOREVER Grateful!! Always stellar service and choice, but tonight Damien was working and he saved my life. Leaving out on a long trip, I did a 2nd sweep of my things. Lost my wallet!!! He found and kept my wallet safe and intact. He personally delivered it to me, even after they closed. He was especially kind courteous and considerate. Nothing but the best. Thank you Frys."
"The Fry's store is absolutely great. The staff are friendly, and the store is clean. However, the Starbucks location inside the store has an employee that works there in the mornings that has a terrible attitude. I have an elderly lady friend that I visit regularly, and we go into the Starbuck's inside this Fry's location to have a visit and enjoy a fine crafted Starbucks beverage. This particular female employee always looks down her nose at me, is very short and today, was extremely rude. She called out our order, and when I walked up to retrieve it, I asked her very politely for straws, and she snatched them out of the holder and practically threw them across the counter at me with a very "i cant be bothered/you scumbag" attitude. I have always been nothing but very polite to her, even though she has given me an attitude every time I am there. I dont appreciate it, and I have tried to contact someone there to submit a formal complaint about the service I receive from this particular individual but am unable to reach anyone as of the date of this post. I will follow up in the near future with the Fry's customer service department for this location. This would be a five star rating if it wasnt for this unnecessary issue. If management is monitoring these reviews, I would appreciate a call back or other form of outreach to submit a formal complaint and resolve this issue, or if anything to bring it to the attention of the proper individual that manages this Starbucks location so that this individual can be coached on her behavior. The next time she acts like this, I am not afraid and will not hesitate to call her out on it. Thank you."
"This is a very nice, clean and organized store and I had no problem finding everything I needed What was actually surprising as that this Fry’s store has a section for boar’s head"
"Is okay, this store is a smaller fry’s and feels old. It’s always busy and the parking lot is difficult because all the lines have faded away. A lot of empty shelves & what was strange was when I was checking out in the self check out the female employee stopped me and told me I had too much and needed to go to a check out lane. First off, what is the “amount limit” requiring that I cannot use self check out? If that’s an issue, how about a sign? It was also unusual because there was only 2 people checking out at 6 self service spots. So instead I had to go over to 1 of the 2 manned check out isles open and wait for the two other people with carts in front of me. That was strange and obviously not necessary."
