I contacted Fusion and Shane quickly responded and scheduled Adam to come out the next day to camera the line to validate the concern.  Adam then discussed the issue with Fusion management, without us needing to be involved, and the repair was made the next morning.  From us bringing the issue to Fusion's attention to the repair being completed was 48 hours - that's pretty awesome - and without any discussion or hassel. In addition, Shane and Wyatt's follow-up in getting us the needed documentation was timely and greatly appreciated."
