His inspection identified that a part that had been replaced was incorrect for our unit, and that is why the furnace wasn't operating correctly. He easily brought up the correct part on his phone. His explanations made perfect sense as to why the current part wasn't working. Without disparaging our previous company, he confirmed what we already knew, that we, as customers, are paying for knowledge and expertise, as well as parts and labor when services are performed.
