"We purchased a dining table and chairs during thanks giving sales. As of right now March 16( 4 months later) we still have not got our table. They keep promises one after another. Sometime they scheduled for delivery but no one arrived. We call in and found out there was something wrong with it. No one call to notify delivery was canceled so we wait for 4 hours window and nothing. I am definitely very disappointed the way how Sam Levitz doing business and customer service. Would not recommend to shop here anymore. Very and very disappointed."

"Walked in the door and we were promptly greeted by Jason Weiss. He gave us our space but checked on us intermittently. We ended up purchasing a chair. Jason was amazing from beginning to end. Jason is Knowledgeable, welcoming, 100% customer service oriented and efficient. What more could we ask for. Great experience with Jason Weiss at Sam Levitz."

"We had a great experience yesterday at Sam Levitz Furniture while purchasing two recliners. Our salesman, Jason Weiss, was honestly the best part about the experience! He was very knowledgeable AND personable without hovering over us, yet he was readily available when we had questions. The recliners we purchased are very comfortable and a good value. I highly recommend Sam Levitz store on Orange Grove and Jason Weiss for a fantastic shopping experience! UPDATE: I am changing my review to one star. Originally we were told the recliners we purchased would be here the end of December or the first of January. NOW, we were notified that the recliners won't be here until mid March due to " supply chain issues" which is this company's way of saying " we are using your money interest free so that we don't have to use Sam Levitz's money to maintain inventory available for immediate purchase." What happened to consumer rights? Where is Ralph Nader when we need him?"
