"Five star rating on the phone service and delivery it was faster than they quoted. I gave a three to Atmosphere because I was not there I ordered on doordash. The food I will say was garbage their pizzas are extremely small for the amount of money you're much better off going to Little Caesars. $8 a pizza and they were literally probably half the size of a $6 Little Caesars Pizza and they didn't even taste as good. It had been about 20 years since I had Domino's and it will probably be at least another 20 before I have it again and it won't be by choice. Super disappointed in the food if someone would like to reach out and try to make it right I'm open to it otherwise my review definitely stands and I'm being very generous with a two-star rating on the food. Only reason I'm giving it that is because they followed my instructions on thin crust for two pizzas and the food was cooked"
"I always order from Dominos and it's usually a very good experience. However, my experience for the last 2 times has been horrible. I placed an online order both times and went for a pick up after 30 mins. I was told to wait another 25-30 mins for the order as they have not yet started preparing it. The app shows a person started the order 2-3 mins after I placed it but I was still asked to wait another 30 mins or cancel the order. This is extremely frustrating and not a good customer service if the customer is asked to cancel the order or wait another 30 mins for an order placed 30 mins back. Really makes me wonder if I should be ordering from this store or look for a different one as this happened to me twice in the last 10 days."
"Subpar food, terrible service. Poor dominoes. I try you every five years, and you are consistently bad. When will I learn my lesson. I thought I would take Domino’s up on their offer for a large two topping for seven dollars this week. on Saturday, the second busiest pizza day of the week, there was only one person manning the store. Poor guy was trying to do four or five peoples job. (Speaks to poor management.) the pizza took much longer to process, and when I arrived, and did the deliver to your car option, no one ever showed up. They told us to park in front of a store, a couple down from the dominoes, which I did, but no one ever showed up. after five minutes, I finally went in, and asked the worker why he didn’t come to the car. He said he looked out and didn’t see my car, which was not at all where they told me to park. He was obviously too busy to bring it out. Then when we get the pizza home, it’s worse than the last Domino’s Pizza I had, five years ago. The crust is completely covered on the bottom with cornmeal, and this weird garlicky sauce they put on it has a weird aftertaste. It’s mostly about the sauce, with very little cheese. They do try with the toppings, but even they seem subpar. I guess I’ll wait again another five years and hope dominoes gets better. Don’t know why I put myself through this…"
"I placed my order through the mobile app and never received my coupon for their free Emergency Pizza promotion. I sent 2 inquiries to their chat bot explaining this, and received no feedback from them. Then I contacted store management and explained my situation, and was told they could not help me. It's unfortunate because I have enjoyed Dominos the last 20+ years, so now I will start enjoying pizza from somewhere else. Never again Dominos. This is a good way to lose a loyal customer. Well. Loyal no more. And also Dominos has completely overpriced itself. Their pizza is no where worth what they are charging these days. And they continue with their price hikes. No thank you Dominos. Good riddance."
"I always watch the tracker to see where my order is in the process. I ordered 2 pan pizzas at 6:14pm which was completed at 6:31. It sat at the store until 7:07. Over 30 mins until the driver took it out. The driver then called me to ask me for a gate code because he’s been to my apartment complex before and the gate was locked....my gate has been broken and open for MONTHS. While telling him the gate is open he spoke over me and said “bye, bye, bye” then hung up on me while i was talking. He finally shows up 10mins later and my pizza is lukewarm and it wasn’t even cut. I had to grab a knife and cut it. My daughter, the pizza lover, refused to eat it because it was nasty. I am now cooking dinner at 8pm. Worst experience ever and i want my money back. I understand they can get busy, but a little communication goes a longggg way. What’s the point in asking for my number if you won’t use it to say “hey, just wanted to let u know that we’re running behind and short staffed, we will get your pizza out as soon as we can”. If u know your driver is already out on a run, have him call when he’s heading back then make my order so it’s not sitting there for 30mins in a “warmer”. Waste of $22. I work too hard to waste money like that"
