"I placed an order on doordash at 3/3/2024 at 8:00 pm and my order was all screwed up. First I ordered a Sourdough Star and I ordered it with only bacon and cheese what I got was not even remotely edible (pics Below) as the sourdough was not even toasted it was soggy, also I got 2 hamburger patties and a single patty sandwich, and last but not least no bacon at all. I also ordered 2 waffle fries and I didn't even receive them. out of 4 items 1 was correct."
"The General Manager and staff were very friendly, professional, and fast. It seemed like we ordered and got food right away. The dining area was clean and neat and had plenty of space for multiple people to dine comfortably. 5 stars for Carl's Jr. Watson. We haven't been to Carl's Jr. in 4 years because food was barely ok and dining area wasn't that great at some locations. But now, we will definitely be back more often because of our experience here at Carl's Jr. Watson. Keep up the great work you all!"

"The minute I walked in the store Fabian greeted me within hello and a smile whole staff spoke and said hello Fabian had excellent customer service he took my order very friendly. He communicated the order back asked me is there anything else he can get for me? food came hot fresh made by a guy named Aaron. And Danielle served me my drinks and food. It was a fast food restaurant with customer service of a luxury restaurant. Great teamwork through the whole store. Let me know forget the store is super clean"
