Barro's Pizza

"Ordered pizza TO GO! Was FORTY min PAST the time. Then the pizzas were wrong. They re-made it, still wrong. The pizzas were cold, and STILL we got them home only to find under the cheese, THEY WERE STILL WRONG!! The manager only offered half off after being an HOUR LATE AND MESSED UP TWICE! They clearly tried removing black olives and mushrooms off an only pepperoni pizza and the thing tasted like black olive juice. Gross. We even tried to give you an opportunity to fix it while we WAITED THERE FOREVER!! Come on Barro’s! Watch your franchise owners better and can we do better here in their west valley? Please? I’m grossly disappointed. This was our second time trying because the last time we ordered they messed it up. What a disappointment. Please check your stores and to the manager, watch your employees and train them better. Seriously, just at least try and do better. Like, just TRY. You’re embarrassing yourself at this point."

"I want to like it, I really do. My wife loves the pizza. I'm not a big pizza fan so I tend to go with the other menu items. The pizzas usually come out pretty good. It's the other items that get a little weird. Maybe that's my fault for ordering non-pizza things at a pizza place. Tonight, we ordered a personal pizza and a cold club sandwich. The sandwich came out in about 5 minutes. It didn't look super great. It looked like it was thrown together very hastily. There was very little meat on it and very little cheese. LOTS of shredded lettuce! I poked around a little and there wasn't a speck of any kind of condiment on it. It was totally dry. Bread, a few slices of deli meat, lettuce, tomatoes and some cheese. I went to the counter to ask for some mayo and mustard but I couldn't get anybody to acknowledge me I think I was lost in a crowd of waiting Door Dash people. After a while, I went back to the table to sit down. My wife's food hadn't been brought out yet so I thought I would just ask the server for the condiments. My sandwich came out in about 5 minutes but my wife's pizza took about 15 minutes I can understand that cold sandwiches are quicker to make than pizzas but it would have been nice to get the food at the same time. Come to think of it, the same thing happened last time we were here. My food was brought out quickly and my wife's pizza took a while. If it wasn't for my wife loving the pizza, I don't know how often I would frequent this place."

"The food was great! We had the large pizza & 24 boneless wings special for $34.99. We ordered half pinapple/ham and pepperoni/sausage. The wings we ordered was garlic parmesan and honey BBQ, we also ordered mozzarella sticks and garlic bread. It was busy(of course a Friday night) but it didn't take long to order food. The cashier was very pleasant and friendly. Everything came out in a timely manner and was hot(fresh made). The restaurant was clean, the staff were all pleasant, and some t.v.s on the walls (showing a baseball game). Over all our experience was great. We definitely would go back there to eat again."

"On a very hot day we a walked into a very spacious, cool joint to enjoy top quality pizza, naked wings, and salad along with a refreshing corona! We over ordered so we could take some home. They have a full salad bar but the attendant helps you with it. (not self serve) There are tons of tables, lots of seating. And nice clean bathrooms. The best of all is they had Pepsi!! Yay."
