"I was put to the task to go pick up coffee for my 10 coworkers as well as myself. I knew going in that it would be an inconvenience for them to make such a big order but I did what I could to make sure it was an easy process for them, like having everyone’s orders with special substitutions written out. Because there were so many ordered that required special substitutions , it was easier to go in person than use the app. When I first arrived with my list, the lady at the counter seemed flustered, so another employee took over. The woman taking my order was very friendly and helpful in helping me substitute a drink for someone that was similar to the one she requested. However, the customer service after that was left to be desired. I was asked by the employee making the drinks to give her some time (she asked in an exasperated voice) and I had told her I was not in a rush. After all my drinks were made, they had two drink trays plus two extra drinks aside and they didn’t offer to give me a bag to put them in so I could carry them out. I tried getting the attention of the employee but she had moved on to the next drinks and also made an announcement to the entire store that she was sorry for the customers having to wait so long (while I was standing there) and she appreciated their patience. I was lucky enough to have a kind customer standing next to me who offered to help me take all of the drinks to my car since I was unable to get assistance from the employees. Overall, wasn’t the best experience and I felt like a nuisance for holding them up. But they made the drinks correctly and I was grateful for that."

"Only 3 stars because because people drive to fast exiting and think it's one lane on the north side. Kids want to go there but not het hit at the cross walk. Speed bump at the exit will help"

"The service was stellar and the women who helped me were as sweet as could be. I was having an off day and ordered the incorrect size, and then a gentleman accidentally took the drink I ordered, no biggie, it happens, but they were so kind to him and me. I went back inside to correct it & purchase the right sizes, and the women that had helped me before were very kind and did comp me a drink, which they didn't have to do, but they did and they certainly made a bad day better. I have always enjoyed this particular Starbucks. The atmosphere is very pleasing and the people here seem more relaxed and I prefer this larger location to the smaller ones. 10/10 will go again!"

"A busy place in the mornings especially with on-line orders and drive thru. But that does not seem to diminish the speed and the quality of service inside. Very friendly staff prepared our order at the speed of the drive thru. The seating area has the mid-century look with a somewhat retro (and now popular) atmosphere."
