"Went through the drive-thru to get a dozen of assorted donuts any breakfast sandwich. The total was around $22.00, and they did not have the proper change to give me back, so I had to use a credit card. Luckily, i had one on me, so that inconvenience wasn't half of it . When I got back to my destination with the donuts and opened the box. I blamed myself for not opening the box before I left the drive-thru window. I would have never accepted the donuts .. Dunkin' Donuts, I know you can do better..."

"This is a very common problem with this store. I order through door dash and most of the time there are issues. But this one I can not let go. I order a PLAIN bagel with cream cheese. I received an EVERYTHING bagel with almost no cream cheese. There is a serious lack of quality control to make sure orders are correct."

"They had me prepay for my dozen donuts before I realized they hardly had any donuts left. It's 1pm and they close at 8pm today and I was told they make their donuts in the morning and when they run out then they are out for the whole day. They do not continue to make donuts during the day to meet the needs of their customers. How do you run a business like this? Oh yeah you get me to prepay for my donuts and then tell me you barely have anything left for the day. There's 6 more operating hours in their day and they have barely any donuts left. Terrible business model. Will never come back."

"I ordered the tomato pesto grilled cheese and it was excellent. However, if you are looking for a selection of donuts, I would NOT go to Dunkin' donuts. They had about a dozen different kinds and were almost out of some of those. I wanted a Boston cream filled and they didn't have any. Very limited selection. I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't judge their coffee. However, the drinks that they were making while I waited for my order looked fantastic."
