"I ordered a rocky road milkshake. Employee was unfriendly, not happy when I asked for visual of sizes of drinks. And no acknowledgment when employee handed me my order. Unfortunately, I won’t return to this location."

"I can't ignore how poorly my needs were considered at this location today. My wife has a heart problem and can't drink caffeine, so I habitually come in and ask that her drink be made with decaf iced coffee. I usually get a very clear reassurance that it is, and my wife gets to drink her coffee knowing she is safe from harm. I asked the same thing today (11/29/23), and the man with glasses behind the counter just stared and nodded. I then explained further that I wanted to be sure, and he said, "Yup." I took this to mean that the coffee I requested was decaf, despite his blank expression when he looked at me. My wife drank this coffee and within the next hour began to feel heart palpitations, among other severe symptoms. We had to rush her to the hospital as a result of the staff choosing not to check, double-check, and communicate with me on this occasion. I'm sad that I've had to issue this review. I'm sad that I can no longer trust this location. I only hope that the man who lied to me and put my wife in danger is held responsible by management. I hope that his fellow workers can hold him responsible as well — as they have met our needs before. Clearly, this is a problem that starts with him — but my family no longer feels safe going to this Dunkin'."

"We wanted coffee, so we saw Dunkin! Walked in, no one greeted us, we stood at a the register, no one said anything. We attempted to order on the kiosk, still no one said “hello, do you need help”, they completed ignored us. My husband and I both work with clients and customers, so we understand the importance of communication. I walked in AGAIN to get napkins and still…No acknowledgement. The atmosphere did not feel welcoming so we left without coffee. We’ll stick with our neighborhood coffee shops. We love our local Dunkin Donut shop employees , this one…not so much."

"I was soo excited that dunkins open a block away. However the management team need to be taught how to properly run this new fast food restaurant. They are unprofessional rude and show no concern, on how you feel when you show them the drink or food is made poorly. Once an iced latte with just creamer and sweetener. This is the 3rd time my bagel is made this way! All they do is throw me a cream cheese for me to spread on my Bagel! Yes 100 % what these other with one star stated."

"As a previous service professional, I was very surprised at the level of unprofessionalism. We did not get what we paid for. Full quarts were not full. Ice cream staff could not get it together, there were at least 3 standing about. While we were the only ones there. What was the worst thing is the staff was whispering in front of us like gossiping children instead of doing their jobs which reflects in the product. The only one who showed professionalism and assisted us properly was Des. While the others when asked to assist us were argumentative and attempted to avoid their job duties."
