"I would rather go to Starbucks or Dutch brothers than sit in line a black rock coffee for a half hour. You have one job. Make coffee. Pretty sure you aren't paid to just stand there and give customers nasty looks. The environment was so hostile. Everyone was so angry because apparently they had been waiting a real long time for their coffee. I had to wait about 15 minutes.I can see why that might upset.Some people in the morning on the way to work."

"I love Black Rock! First Friday fuel is a great time to try it out if you’re aren’t too sure about it. My favorite drink has to be the mexi mocha. Second is the pink starburst fuel. The cheddar jalapeño bagel is delicious!"

"Stopped in here to get some work in and have a coffee and banana bread. Well the coffee was great and the atmosphere of the place was great for studying or working but that banana bread was something out of a horror movie. As nice as I want to be with this review I would have to say that Banana bread was on my list of worst foods I've ever put in my mouth IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I recommend them throw that bread away and get a new supplier and if they cook it them selves, get an entire new recipe or just use the box brand from the store because that banana bread should be illegal to serve"

"Always messes up one of our drinks. The coffee is good, staff is friendly, but 3 out of the 4 times we've visited, someone's drink order was incorrect. First, they made my drink iced not a chiller. Second time, they made a coffee instead of a fuel Third (and final...) time, they put regular milk instead of oat milk. All three different drinks and all wrong somehow. Such a disappointment because the coffee is genuinely good. I wanted it to work out so badly."

"I like this location. The service is fast and friendly. The beverage selection is great. I appreciate both the iced and hot choices. Today I had an horchata latte. It was amazing. The bakery case has some nice treats. The shop itself is clean and bright with a comfortable and fun vibe. It’s a good mix of high energy and relaxing. There’s some construction going on, but don’t let that stop you. The drive through is open as well."
