"The exterior of the building is grand and looks to be tucked away, but there is plenty of parking. There is an exterior patio and indoor dining. Great casual dining spot. I saw the breakfast and lunch menu. Great hot drink offering including espresso and generous serving sizes. Typical diner foods. This place is really popular so arrive early for no wait. Great service. There is Tabasco sauce on every table and they offer gluten free toast. It’s a win."

"Not a whole lot of places for breakfast without an hour wait in Phoenix/ Chandler, but we walked right in and had an excellent breakfast. We enjoyed corned beef hash, French toast, omelets, and everything except the biscuits and gravy were really good. DO NOT GET THE GRAVY! It's awful."
