"I came roughly 2:50 pm today. I was deciding on what to order. I came to the cashier and order two items (mocha cookie frap and chocolate croissan). The order that I received were great. But, I noticed that the drink came in a flat lid instead of the rounded lid. Including the drink had less than usual. The tall lady that has white hair gave me a blank look and wasn't very pleased with her attitude nor I wasn't greeted at the front door. Everything else was fine. This is what I call very unacceptable. I will not come to this starbucks if this will happen again"
