"Very poor customer service, took my car in the next day after purchasing it for bad shocks and struts and some idle issues was told that the car is normal and running fine and must have been bad gas put better gas in it which I did and it got worse, 2 months later I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again or take it back in to them after they finish fixing the rattling from under the car. In the process of all this I have had nothing but issues with customer service and was told I can take it to another shop if I don't like the results which again I will after they fix this rattle."

"Today, we initially set out to buy a truck. We called Premier Auto Center in Casa Grande and Rick asked us a few questions about what we were interested in and set us up for an appointment. We came in and met with Ino. He set us up for the Tacoma. The finance people (can't remember name) were awesome. They fought for me with banks while we went to a nice lunch. (I don't have stellar credit, but amazing car buying history, so they went to bat for me. They landed the best deal they could.) But when I still couldn't manage the payments, he stumbled upon my little kid dream car. He asked if I'd consider a Jeep, it's a 2-door? I raised an eyebrow and said sure, I'm fine with that. He took off to speak with managers and finance people and was back in a couple of minutes, all the while I am thinking I am about to look at a Jeep Compass, the SUV version of the Jeep. Which is okay, BUT.... when we walked outside and I saw the "Jeep" my eyes lit up like a kid in a candy store! I was not expecting him to bring out a Wrangler Sport with removable hard tops in my favorite colors! I think I might have squealed like a little kid at Christmas! He was able to substitute the Wrangler for the Tacoma, lower the price, set me up to build better credit, and handed me the keys! Then, we celebrated! FYI, the gong is LOUD! AND, they connected me to my new favorite radio station, 95.5 The Mountain! They were rocking all day in the office and I rocked all the way home in my new ride! Thanks again for inviting us into the family and thanks, Scott, for saying yes!"

"Today my husband and I decided we wanted to shop for a new car. We decided to start online to see what was available and started with Premier Auto Center in Casa Grande. As soon as I entered my information, I received a phone call from LaShonda asking if she could help in our search. After a brief conversation, she gave us an appointment with Chris. Chris was waiting for us as we arrived within 20 minutes of the phone call. Chris was very knowledgeable in all aspects of every car we viewed. We initially were just looking for a used SUV but when he showed us the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport we were sold. It was the perfect color, the perfect interior and had 17 miles on it. That's right, 17!!!! We were able to trade in our SUV and drive away in this beautiful car within a few hours start to finish. We had a great experience purchasing our new car unlike what we have experienced in the past.
