Found the issues quickly, didn't sell me on anything I didn't need - even sent back a tire for being slightly outside of acceptable tolerances and still had my car back to me in two days. Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable, willing to explain things I didn't understand and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing. Jack even texted me at 7:30pm the night I picked my car up to see how the car felt on the drive home. "If you have any kind of wheel you care about, this is the place to go. Jack is a super cool guy and great to work with. It's a small operation and by appointment only, which in my opinion is a good thing. He even went out of his way to color match the wheel weights when the 2 shades of bronze he had on hand weren't quite the same match as the OG anodized volk bronze finish. Not a single blemish on the wheels during the mount/balance and a truly detail oriented place to go. You get what you pay for and Jack is definitely the real deal"
