"Prices are absurd. It’s North Scottsdale so people have money and might not know any better, or care for that matter. Don’t get me wrong, the texting is cool and so is shuttle service etc. but I will not be brining my car back with what they quoted me on prices. I had one item done that I went ahead and paid for that I should have argued before accepting, but honestly I was in a time crunch with getting the car across the country safely. Spark plugs do not take long to change, nor are they very expensive. They show you labor costs and price costs before you accept, which is nice but spark plugs should not be $450 and an oil change at $136. Not to mention 2 radiator hoses and 4 clamps costing $1250. Just the hoses, not the radiator itself, and that doesn’t include the coolant flush. It’s as easy as buy the parts yourself and open YouTube. I called a mechanic and told them the quotes and they thought I was joking. I did not want to be rude to the guys up front because they are very nice, so I bit my tongue. If you don’t mind paying a lot then this place is great. I hate to leave a negative review but I feel like I might be able to help someone worried about pricing."
