"I ordered a BorgWarner EFR 8474 turbo during Cyber Week of 2022, and I finally have it in my hands 10 months later. For reasons out of Full-Race's control, BW had stopped production, and ended up getting extremely backlogged. But as soon as these guys got the turbo in their hands, they sent it off to get the turbine housing coated. I received it shortly after, and it looks perfect. Everytime I had called, hoping to get an update, the customer service was excellent! Since then, I've been ordering most of the things to finish my build from them. In fact, I should be getting the inconel divided t4 gasket in tomorrow. I'm very excited to start tuning with this new turbo, and would highly suggest Full-Race to anybody needing turbos and accessories for their build."

"Parts are top notch but full race needs to have a set of install instructions for 21+ models f150 . Also hot side t clamps do not fit they are to small. Other than that if you aren’t completely mechanically inclined due to the set of instructions being for the older trucks . Don’t tackle this on your own."

"we had a honda that needed this part and Amazon had a great deal on it and it was fast getting here. it did not work, we thought that something else might be the issue and then we found this part at Full Race and was much higher but thought we should try that. we bought the part and ordered second day air and it did not come. Fed Ex showed it was delivered but did not get to our Mailbox and we had to fix the car so I called. this is when they really went the extra mile. they shipped the new part next day air at the same price as the second air and yep they both came. the part worked perfect and the second one they send the return label at no charge and gave a full refund. dont like spending the extra money but nice that the part worked and unbelievable service makes this a very happy ending and my customer was able to go on a long road trip with his Honda. thank you so much for the great service and part that actually works.
