Called next day, was told they ordered parts and will be in soon. 5 days after that conversation my order was canceled. Ordered same parts from Auto Zone. They had my stuff ready 20 mins after ordering. Stick with Auto Zone."

"I am Jesse I am one of the managers at this O’reilly Auto Parts first of all I’d like to thank all the customers for being so respectful and nice except for this one Customer that was trying to get a jump and I did not have the jump starter so I told him nicely, but he started getting all mad at me for not lending him sum new jumper cables only had new on flor to sell. at the moment to loan him. I’m sorry that he had to go through that. I know it is stressful when the cars break down we are here to help you thank you very much."

"So my son battery needed charging his car had stop in the parking lot of O'Reilly's we took the battery in to get a charge a heavy set Mexican lady looked at my son like he was trash lied and said she will charge his battery this never happen 20 minutes went pass so I went in there to ask how long would it take all she said was the bay was no good I took the battery right across to a battery shop got the battery charged and we drove off I can tell she didn't want to deal with us at all the way she was short talking but she was talking nice to the customers that was the same as her just so sad"

"This guy is one aggressive and rude csr. He comes at me with we don't have loaners cause people will then People will ask for loaner oil so I take a pic and say your csr skills have earned you a pic for your store, then he follows me out and acts like he's gonna assault me and ends up flipping me off."

"My car decided to quit on me a couple of times today. After checking out the battery, I found it had a bunch of junk on the positive connector I stopped at the O'Reilly's on the northeast corner of Thomas/75th Ave. I bought a new connector and was going to put it on when I got home The connector ended up being the wrong one so I headed back to O'Reilly's. I showed Omar whaty connector looked like and exchanged the first one I bought for the one I needed. I was able to fix things in the parking lot and headed home to check the insides of my eyelids for holes for a few hours. Thanks for the help Omar."
