Burger King

"Placed a pick up order at 930 pm they are open till 10 at least that's what it said online. We leave get there at 945 pm to pick up the order attempt to check in and tap on the "I'm Here" button to let them know I had arrived. Couldn't locate my order anywhere on the app to do so. Start walking up to the door it's now 950pm and the employee saw me walking to the door but he locks it anyway and turns to walk away. Talk about horrible customer service. These fast food workers need to be retrained in the department of you don't close early not even a minute early. You don't lock the door in a customers face, if the customer is walking in at 959pm you are required to make that person's food for them. No false nails should be allowed to be worn when working in a food establishment, no hair is to be hanging down if it's past shoulder length, facial hair is to be covered with a hair net, smile be courtesy and always ask if they would like salt or ketchup before closing the door. Not shove their food in their hand after they just waited over an hour in the drive thru line to get the window closed in their face and the wrong order in the process. What happened to fast food establishments. It's like they have no rules or regulations anymore. Bet they do after another law suit when someone finds a false nail in their food or a hair from someone's beard"

"Placed an online order to be picked up at the drive through. Server rudely told me to park in front next time rather than use the drive through, opposed to what I selected in the app. Then tried telling me to contact the "customer", which was me, about the drinks they've had listed for months on their menu that they don't have. Seems like management encourages their employees to be rude to doordash drivers, which they thought I was, but I also know that the instructions provided by this restaurant to doordash instruct drivers to use the drive through instead of coming inside. Maybe management could fix that, rather than telling their staff to be rude about it."

"Ordered online. Order was incorrect. This is not a bacon double cheeseburger. But given the state of this disgusting piece of $#!% I wouldn't have wanted it anyways. Pure disgusting and a disgrace to the food industry. How can a legacy store called Burger King pass this off as food. This wouldn't even be accepted at homeless shelter. Anyone associated with this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. And furthermore anyone who knowingly continues to support this trash should be as well. Every single time I've dealt with this place it has been garbage. My girlfriend is the only reason I do. And after this debacle that she paid for, she finally has gotten the message. This place is garbage and needs new management or needs to be shut down. I've seen better food thrown into dumpsters. Not to mention laughable service at best. Have never been satisfied at this location. Stay Away. Unless you hate yourself and your country, go ahead and support this fraudulent excuse for a fast food restaurant, let alone the ONLY representative of the BURGER KING name in the city. What was served to me wouldn't pass as a burger."
