"I purchased a main bearing set and distributor for a Buick engine. I paid $125 to have the parts expedited with the assurance that they would arrive by the end of the week. TA forces their customers to sign for packages, even though I asked to just have the box dropped off. I took half a day off and waited for the delivery guy to show up in the promised window, which he never did. I finally found the package at the local CVS pharmacy the following week, causing a major delay with the project. I never got shipping updates from TA, and had to jump through hoops with UPS to finally find the package. I contacted TA to see if they could at least credit back the expediting charge since the product did not show up as promised, and they told me it was not their problem. Very disappointing and would not recommend doing business with these people. If they don’t trust their customers enough to deliver packages without a signature, and won’t do something about it when that system fails, that is not a good sign."
