"I completely agree with all the five star reviews. Sean leads a great team of honest and most down to earth folks here. I’m new to the town and thought my jeep needed tuned up/oil change since I drove it cross the country and all over Sedona and the Grand Canyon, even though my jeep isn’t alerting that I needed one. I took it to Jiffy Lube on East Bell this past Sat; Randell was so sweet and did the intake quickly; shortly after Sean the manager came out to me by the waiting room and told me that I don’t need a oil change yet since I still have 50% on it. I told him that I was worried because I drove it so much lately. He told me he would check the oil and make sure the tires are fine. He did exactly that and didn’t charge me for it, although I insisted! I am definitely going back to them when my jeep is due for oil change! It’s hard to find such honest and down to earth folks nowadays and I truly appreciate them. See you guys soon!"

"There was not one thing they mist. They didn't have the air filter for my car. The manager said I go and get one and can wait. They had looked at the tires and suggested that I would look into getting them replaced. I will be coming back. Thanks for the service"

"Got the oil changed on the conveyance. The staff was top-notch. Got everything done and out the door in less than an hour. They have 3 bays, and it goes pretty fast. I would highly recommend this location."

"So I'll start off this review by saying something I never thought I'd say about a Jiffy Lube. I'm impressed. Actually, scratch that, I am amazed, flabbergasted, awestruck at how professional, clean, and courteous this Jiffy Lube is. I do Fleet Management for a small non-profit that uses ADA accessible buses and vans. Typically, my Jiffy Lube I go to is across the street. But since a recent decision, the Jiffy Lube I frequent isn't able to accept dually axle chassis any longer. After some calling around this, Jiffy Lube was able to accept the vehicle. Upon coming in, I was immediately surprised at how professional and courteous they were. I'm not someone who needs to have vehicle issues explained to me, but they did anyway, as is good customer service. Jiffy Lube isn't typically the business I think of as having a 'confidence building' experience. But I left this one today feeling very confident in their work. The shop, lobby, and even bathroom were very clean, nearly every Jiffy Lube I've seen has a bathroom that looks like it's best chance at being clean is to demo the whole thing and start over. But this bathroom was pristine. Whoever is running this location should be proud of their team and needs to be used as an example of what Jiffy Lube should be. High marks to the girl with the blue and purple hair, I didn't catch her name, but she's the first person to ever actually tell me what the drain plug was torqued to and her customer service skills were exemplary."
