"Shared a story on TikTok and DV8OffRoad. I purchased a bumper from Extreme Offroad with tire carrier back in May. Just two weeks ago I was offroading in the snow and the carrier broke off. Called Extreme and they claimed to not have a warranty and that I was SOL since I did not purchase an extended warranty that they did not offer. Called DV8 Off Road and spoke to Missy and within 20 minutes she was already taking care of my issue. Explained my three year warranty, and after sending pictures to her, she advised me that a full replacement would be sent out immediately. Today 2/13/2022 I recieved the first of two packages and I could not be happier. My advice to anyone purchasing parts would be 1. Go to a builder like DV8 2. Do not use retailers since they do not know the warranty of the product they are selling"
