"Sloppy work, psi incorrect and uneven on each side on my vehicle, quoted wrong price until I got there, couldn't property do the job but wasn't notified until I paid for service and the tires were off. Put tires back on in way that I couldn't reach my valve stems... all in all worst discount tire experience ever. Cost me and extra 200 bucks to take to another shop to fix their sloppy work that they should have never been doing."

"Posting for my Mom, Jane Snell. The best customer service ever! I no longer have to worry about my tires because I know Discount Tire has me covered! Always greeted with a smile and a hand shake! They get you back on the road safely and efficiently. I have my tire pressure checked every month. All of a sudden I had two front tires that needed replacement for usual wear and tear. Discount Tire called to my attention that this could be a result of a bigger problem. Turns out I had a bad hub and my tire was at risk of fallen off completely. They also worked with me on getting two new tires so that I could get back on the road safely. Wilson is the manager at the location off of Bell and Cave Creek. He is both knowledgeable and compassionate when dealing with customers. I would not hesitate to send my family and friends there for I know in my heart that they will be well taken care of."

Employees can’t leave the site while on shift, but Dylan was kind enough to come out to me on his own time, after his shift had ended and Discount Tire was closed, and put the wheels on for me.
